Chef Marsha Lynch Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • ¼ pound Very Sharp White Cheddar – Shredded
  • ¼ pound Yellow Cheddar – Shredded
  • 3 each Scallions, Chopped
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish
  • ½ cup Diced Pimentos, rinsed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until incorporated. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
